clemenza, there is a thread floating around out there somewhere containing links to a multitude of different poll threads (i.e. not limited to film polls). Can't for the life of me remember what it was called, but will link if I find it.

All but a couple of those take you right to the results; I think it's a couple of the decade-polls where there's no summary and you have to scroll through the thread. I saved all the coding, so I'll update the list whenever there's a new poll (and let me know if I missed anything).

Hey did we never do an end-of-decade movies poll for 'The Tens' (2010-2019)?

I don't think that happened--maybe got put aside for the all-time poll coming up, or maybe the pandemic derailed it.

Just saw this and I certainly don't object to pushing out the all-time poll in order to do a '10s poll in front of it.

We've been stalled out at 7 ballots for awhile now.

Just to clarify, I didn't mean to suggest that Eric swooped in and circumvented a decade-end poll. The way I remember it was that it was suggested a couple of times, it never happened, then the all-time poll materialized. I think it was the pandemic that got it in the way.

A little bit of both - running the intensive Underworld poll just after the 2019 film poll, all while the pandemic deepened (and I'd be putting UW links and research together in the morning, going to an afternoon march, posting bumps in the evening, going to the nightly standing teargas rally, coming back to post for overseas timezones...) made me backburner thinking about the 'tens poll. I've only seen Eric's all-time poll on Zing and haven't dug into it, but was planning on doing the 2020 poll after that - since international release dates were far less of a thing last year - rather than do another wider-scope one straight away.
