Agree with WmC here. Yes, worth a ban, but I'm uncomfortable with moving back toward us being the decision-makers without FP support. We have reduced the numbers for a temp-ban, so please smash that button if you think something is ban-worthy! (Also like & subscribe)

(When I say we've reduced the numbers, I mean ages ago when we hashed out a bunch of shit, not recently without telling anyone)

yes I think that’s totally reasonable and if the community acts responsibly then the FPs should be taking care of this stuff. I’m just having trouble squaring it with the idea of someone totally not FPing obviously toxic posts because of whatever reason. To me if we’re emphasizing the FP system, then there really is a responsibility for users to FP when it’s necessary to protect the community and avoid the situation where posters who can’t help themselves feed the troll. So when mods step in it kinda absolves the community as a whole from taking care of business. I don’t know,
I’m sure that all sounds insane and pompous

maybe the issue is if someone is trolling/making toxic posts in threads very few posters see?

90% of my posts in here are from the "flagging" app, which has no "flag post" option, otherwise I would have flagged him too.

zero-value posters like that should be taken out immediately imo, total extreme prejudice

hi i'm bad at emotional intelligence and understanding context, so i thought the "stop" and "FPed" were directed at me. again: wasn't trying to "start anything" and certainly wasn't trying to get anyone kicked out.

i support getting emil.y and mods support! i wish that i could step up to it and help myself but i don't think that would be a good idea. but it might be time for some new mods and there are lots of good options

I test-FP'd a post from Zing on my phone and it worked ok, but same as emil.y I don't know much about the tech side, so I don't know if gyac is having a buggy experience or how to fix it.

Yeah I can FP and Block User from the Zing app— it’s
not obvious, but one has to tap through to the offending post, then tap the the triangle with exclamation point in top right corner
