On my walk to the tram this morning I found an abandoned go11iw0g on the pavement. Adored childhood toy or not I stuffed it straight in the nearest bin. It still astounds me how this shit hasn’t some level of acceptability here, only a couple of years ago the mother and baby store was displaying these nasty things in the window.

I'm p sure that it's because we had such a low proportion of non-white African immigrants - it literally never registered with ppl as representing anything about humans, just a fantasy figure from British childrens books. which we had vastly more of than local ones, and substantially more than American ones.
