I haven't, and until moments ago I was woefully ignorant of them. Based on the citations on their AllMusic page I think they'd fit in nicely - I'm planning on playing as much Devo as I can get away with. Which will be a lot since, ensconsed in their booths, no-one's really gonna be listening anyway.

oh this will happen. but in the unlikely event that an attractive indie girl is impressed with a track and wants to know who it is, I'd like to be in position to take responsibility for it being played.

I'm not quite sure why I still want to date indie girls though. I do/have not learned from my mistakes.

You're at that difficult age :) I still like some of the indie aesthetic but by their 30s they're either toned down and more normal or they're plain loopy.

They're nutso in their 20s too. I'm not sure what it is about them... as a rule the deliberately quirky, leg-warmers with fishnets or whatever, look does nothing for me I don't even like chuck taylors. Although girls in polka dots = ROWR.

But yeah, thing is they're allowed to be nuts in their 20s, that's what 20s are for. I am finding in general women in their 30s - single ones anyway - are very cautious, pretty cynical and willing to take few risks. Hmm.
