I am going to try and make sure whatever my mortgage ends up being it does not prevent me from filling the space with whatever the hell I want and keeping my fridge and pantry stocked with whatever unhealthy junk I like.

I think I would like a pantry just for baking stuff and candy. It would contain a well organized collection of dark chocolate and unsweetened cocoas. Other must haves: dark chocolate Hershey kisses, Mounds bars, Reese's peanut butter cups. Oh, and maybe dark chocolate covered almonds and macadamia nuts.

What that really means is I'm ready to wait it out until I'm sure this economy is definitely in the shitbin.

Someone brought bacon chocolate to a FAP a few months ago. It was exactly as you'd imagine it. The main feeling though was that bacon + chocolate = less than the sum of its awesome parts.

Somehow that just makes me think I need to get out more.

BUT I am happy to hear a group's assessment of this product.

The more important question is who is going to create a bacon chocolate drink for John and FB to enjoy?

if you get IKEA bookshelves just be sure to get the ones made with real solid wood. They have a few sets like that now

xpost I have no idea what the one we have from IKEA is, but it is a "Billy" bookshelf. It is decent, but for all I know it is veneered plywood.

I would DEFINITELY listen to a band called CHOCOLATE BACON WOOD

which is better:

vegemite on veneered plywood, or
marmite on cheap-ass wood, or
bovril on real solid wood

Bovril and real wood are the class elements there, so it's a no-brainer.
