I dice up about five strips of bacon per pound of ground beef and mix that up in there with some worcestershire and a little hot sauce and some black pepper and kosher salt and maybe some other funny things if I'm bored. worcestershire + sriracha = flavor magic

pets are such fools, when our dog was still a baby dog we had a power cut for hours one night and he barked and wept non-stop about the candlelight flickering on the ceiling, then when the power came back on he wagged his tail and showered me with kisses as if the whole thing had been my ill-judged scheme and he was happy i'd finally come to my senses.

later he logged on and told his friends "I barked and wept non stop and so did dr vick"
