They are both at netflix. The reviews are kind of amusing. (More amusing than my pharmacology textbook, anyway)

I'M BORED.

I was going to start a Curb Your Enthusiasm favorite characters poll but it's too much work.

jessie monster, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:17 (eighteen years ago)

look at this puppy!

I am bored, too, which has nothing to do with the amount of stuff I need to do, which is momentous. I just don't want to do it.

I was thinking of creating a drugs-based mix c.d. for one of my classmates. So tempting.

Sara R-C, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:27 (eighteen years ago)

babies are like tiny sausage monsters.

jessie monster, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:27 (eighteen years ago)

CUTE PUPPY

Babies kind of are like that. Especially newborns.

Sara R-C, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:28 (eighteen years ago)

I don't understand why people think they are cute. Toddlers can be cute (when they are not covered in snot or food, which is almost never) but babies are never cute. Also when people say "oh that baby looks like it's mom/dad!" wtf I see no resemblance between you and the sausage person you have constructed.

jessie monster, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:30 (eighteen years ago)

"that baby is breathtaking"

John Justen, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:32 (eighteen years ago)

jessie monster, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:37 (eighteen years ago)

^^^that one is just a head and some feet.

jessie monster, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:37 (eighteen years ago)

I don't know. Infants have their own kind of cuteness. I like the baffled look on the faces of tiny babies. Older babies that smile and interact are differently cute.

When 4lex was born so early, he was small - 5 1/2 pounds - and he dropped down to about 4 pounds in the NICU. Because he was relatively healthy, his station was always next to a bigger baby who had been born at correct gestational age - usually those babies were being watched for something but were healthy. And those other babies seemed so HUGE and UGLY to us.

We used to walk past the regular nursery and say to each other, "wow, I wouldn't want an ugly, FAT baby like that!!!"

So I kind of think there is a biological drive to think your own baby is cute anyway.

jessie monster, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:38 (eighteen years ago)

FWIW I would vote for JEFF in the Curb character poll.

nickalicious, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:38 (eighteen years ago)

PS We thought J was cute, too, although she was, of course, a regular, FAT baby (birth weight 8 pounds exactly)

Sara R-C, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:38 (eighteen years ago)

I love that fat fuck. xp

jessie monster, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:39 (eighteen years ago)

Jeff >>>>>> Babies except for Sara's babies because they are hers

jessie monster, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:40 (eighteen years ago)

Jeff is so so great

John Justen, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:40 (eighteen years ago)

lol, they are not babies anymore! THANKFULLY (but thank you, jessie, anyway)

someday I will watch all these tv shows that people talk about ;_;

Sara R-C, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:41 (eighteen years ago)

I love that show, just started watching it again

I vote for everyone that is not Richard Lewis in the curb your enthusiasm poll

John Justen, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:43 (eighteen years ago)

we watched the one with the bra-sniffing dog last night. <3333

I also love Wanda Sykes.

jessie monster, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:46 (eighteen years ago)

Also in the supporting character poll I'm voting Krazy-eye Killah.

nickalicious, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:48 (eighteen years ago)

jeff's movie kinda stinks

chaki, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:50 (eighteen years ago)

jessie monster, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:51 (eighteen years ago)

I identify really strongly with Larry David.

jessie monster, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:52 (eighteen years ago)

jessie monster, Friday, 28 March 2008 20:55 (eighteen years ago)

John Justen, Friday, 28 March 2008 22:40 (eighteen years ago)

Friday afternoon time crawl sucks.

Sara R-C, Friday, 28 March 2008 22:42 (eighteen years ago)

I once had a boss who scheduled meetings at 4 pm on Fridays.

He was an utter moron.

Sara R-C, Friday, 28 March 2008 22:43 (eighteen years ago)

curb your enthusiasm is excruciating.

Rubyredd, Friday, 28 March 2008 22:43 (eighteen years ago)

I did a jumping double hi-5 with a female server today.

I went for a hike today.

I fed ostriches today.

Lingbert, Friday, 28 March 2008 23:55 (eighteen years ago)

YOUR WORK > MY LIFE :(

John Justen, Saturday, 29 March 2008 00:50 (eighteen years ago)

not really my life is totally AWESEOM

John Justen, Saturday, 29 March 2008 00:50 (eighteen years ago)

I want to feed an ostrich!

Instead I'm going to lift weights and then make peanut butter cookies with dark chocolate kisses on top. And read more homework.

I do kind of feel like lingbert's work >>>> my life today!!!

Sara R-C, Saturday, 29 March 2008 01:29 (eighteen years ago)

the activities of my previous post had absolutely nothing to do with my work. i am on a short vacation.

ostriches are the goofiest looking things.

one of the 2 ostriches (there may have been more roaming the property, but we only ("only") saw 2) was eager to snatch carrots and celery from my fingers. it's a good thing they don't have teeth. the other ostrich apparently couldn't figure out how to eat carrot slices. it wouldn't take them from your hand, so we tossed its veggies onto the ground. several different times, it would pick the carrot slice up from the ground, but then couldn't go any farther than that and it kept falling out of its beak. really dumb animal.

Lingbert, Saturday, 29 March 2008 01:46 (eighteen years ago)

You guys, J031 just seriously sang the shit out of "My Man's Gone" from Porgy & Bess, it was like wo.

HI DERE, Saturday, 29 March 2008 01:51 (eighteen years ago)

lingbert, you are having a very interesting vacation because it has OSTRICHES

Dan, where was J031 singing? I am so sad that I wasn't there to hear it! I suppose she does not want to visit Minnesota only to have me corner her and insist on singing immediately. SO SO SAD RIGHT NOW

Sara R-C, Saturday, 29 March 2008 02:41 (eighteen years ago)

John Justen, Saturday, 29 March 2008 05:46 (eighteen years ago)

Sorry, Irish, I will stop banging the pots and pans in the kitchen around. I didn't realize you could hear it FROM WAY OVER THERE

Sara R-C, Saturday, 29 March 2008 05:59 (eighteen years ago)

teh drunk was had. And you are all jealous. (My sis thinks Remy rules.)

Ned Raggett, Saturday, 29 March 2008 06:29 (eighteen years ago)

Hon, I'm so jealous that I'm going to bed to sulk about missing it! Well, and to sleep, too. Glad you had a good time!

Good night, ITR

Sara R-C, Saturday, 29 March 2008 06:34 (eighteen years ago)
