I will consider myself warned.

how many hours a week do you have at school? it seems to be a lot.

estela, Friday, 14 March 2008 00:42 (eighteen years ago)

Every Monday & Thursday from 6 to 9:20 pm

"Weekend College" weekends - it will be Sundays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. when the new class starts. "Weekend College" is supposed to be every other weekend, but it doesn't really work that way; it's more.

Clinical hours they are kind of cagey about, but it looks like for this class we will start with one 8 hour shift every other week for 3 weeks or so and then the time committment will increase. There are two weekends in May that we have to be in clincial Friday night, all day Saturday and all day Sunday. (I hope I don't wind up sleeping on the hospital lawn those weekends.)

Sara R-C, Friday, 14 March 2008 00:46 (eighteen years ago)

(aren't you sorry for asking now, estela? TOO MUCH DETAIL!!!)

Sara R-C, Friday, 14 March 2008 00:46 (eighteen years ago)

I AM ON BUS.

A relaxed way to post to ITR, really. But I have no shift lock, which complicates ranting.

Ned Raggett, Friday, 14 March 2008 00:49 (eighteen years ago)

Cool!

Ned, to shift lock, go to settings, then to general, then to keyboard and turn "enable caps lock" on. Then you can tap the shift key 2x and it will caps lock for you.

(At least that is what A. tells me; I really know nothing about this. He's, like, communing with other iPhone users through me here...)

Sara R-C, Friday, 14 March 2008 01:01 (eighteen years ago)

sara, that was not at all too much detail, but i am averse to rushing around so i found your timetable a little bit distressing.

estela, Friday, 14 March 2008 01:13 (eighteen years ago)

I meant that some people in my office have worked (or will have worked, by the end of this seven day pay period) more than half of all the hours in a week

El Tomboto, Friday, 14 March 2008 01:17 (eighteen years ago)

Tom, I think your co-workers need to relax. You should take them down with tranquilizer darts.

estela - yeah. The hour drive each way does not help matters. BUT I enjoy the material, the profs, and the other students are awesome, so I'm okay with it.

(Remind me I said that in another month when I'm not sleeping enough and I'm behind on everything.)

Being done with tapas is like being done with life. Then again, you being where you are at, it's finally time to make koala tacos the national dish of your great land.

Sara R-C, Friday, 14 March 2008 04:25 (eighteen years ago)

I blame Ned.

W4LTER, Friday, 14 March 2008 04:29 (eighteen years ago)

i blame the void of conversation in the wake of the the 'mail-dan-poop' saga

remy bean, Friday, 14 March 2008 04:34 (eighteen years ago)

I blame myself for all of it.

Sara R-C, Friday, 14 March 2008 04:50 (eighteen years ago)

John Justen, Friday, 14 March 2008 05:00 (eighteen years ago)

rack of ribs, you say?

W4LTER, Friday, 14 March 2008 05:02 (eighteen years ago)

oh yes. that is what they tell me. on the card what pronounces me a winner of rib rack.

John Justen, Friday, 14 March 2008 05:05 (eighteen years ago)

All I understand about John's evening is that he won some ribs.

"Stupid DJ Bingo..." I'm at a loss.

El Tomboto, Friday, 14 March 2008 05:39 (eighteen years ago)

I am grateful for school, as it keeps me from obsessing over the election to an extent.

Sara R-C, Friday, 14 March 2008 05:47 (eighteen years ago)

It also keeps me from cleaning my bathrooms and stuff, but that probably won't make me insane.

Sara R-C, Friday, 14 March 2008 05:48 (eighteen years ago)

I hired a maid

El Tomboto, Friday, 14 March 2008 05:50 (eighteen years ago)

john I can instruct her not to vacuum your stubble. futon is always for broez

El Tomboto, Friday, 14 March 2008 05:57 (eighteen years ago)

John LOVES futons. He expressed this very poetically in his NaNoWriMo book.

remy - don't go to Hastings with out an escort for safety!

Sara R-C, Friday, 14 March 2008 05:58 (eighteen years ago)

remy let me know when in april you will be in dc. e-mail magic

El Tomboto, Friday, 14 March 2008 05:58 (eighteen years ago)

yeah defs tom/sara. i am wondering who i should try to see in chicago. is gbx still there?

remy bean, Friday, 14 March 2008 05:59 (eighteen years ago)

remy, if you visit the T.C. area I will make an effort to find time to FAP. April can be so great in Minnesota, too.

Last I heard gbx had gotten into med school here, but I don't know when he's coming to MN to stay...
