hello, ruby thank you for my nimble smurfette, i love her.

Back from caucus. We just cast our Presidential preference and left. That alone took over an hour, due to INSANE number of people. We had to wait in line just to get in to the middle school (which is a pretty good sized school). I took some pictures and will try to get them up via flickr - after the kids are in bed.

I heard CT might set a record for turnout today.

it is still light here, just. i took my little dog for a soggy walk, he skipped through the wet grass like an angora rabbit, shaming me in front of some serious dog people with his antics. but i wasn't ashamed at all, i don't mind a bit of foolishness.

after all the rain there was a beautiful sunset, the trees were silhouetted against a sky as golden as a michael hills jeweller catalogue.

according to the IEP website the 12 month program opens up on feb 15! what a great valentines day prez!!

it is a marriage so her bodyfriend can keep his visa, and the real ceremony will be in the summer, but ... guess who had to buy a crazy expensive ticket to fly back to MA for next week?
