It sounds like your prof is sane. Ours keeps adding stuff to the syllabus, and everyone has about had it with that. She seems to think we are "anxious" about these changes, but the fact is that she keeps changing things. And the latest change is adding a "reflection" paper in two parts, due the night of the final - and the morning of the prep day for next clinical (which are next Thursday and Friday).

Oh yeah - point value for this out-of-nowhere project? ZERO

I mean, I like this woman personally, but it has gone beyond bad communication and disruptiveness to being just kind of surreal.

God I hope I can find something new to talk about after this class is over. I'm sick of being frustrated with it!

Okay, for those who don't know, the back yard of my house backs up to a cemetery. For the past ten minutes, someone's car alarm has been going off. I finally looked and it is a car parked in the cemetery.

ummm... it was sorta fun when the prof would tlak because she's kind of genius, but she also really liked the whole 'involve everyone all the time thing' and some of my classmates go on and on and on for ages w/out really saying anything or end up repeating themselves 5x a speech for every speech throughout the entire year. also, it was a shit ton of reading, which was ok for people who have taken th. history before, but i hadn't, so 90% of the material was brand new to me and it was hard to keep up. also this course just made me want to take a music history refresher course but there is no time.
