HEY IM STILL PACKING AND MOVING

John Justen, Monday, 5 May 2008 20:55 (eighteen years ago)

HELLO

John Justen, Monday, 5 May 2008 20:55 (eighteen years ago)

MOVING IS FUCKING BULLSHIT

John Justen, Monday, 5 May 2008 20:56 (eighteen years ago)

SEE YOU IN A MONTH IF I DONT DIE OR KILL SOMEONE

John Justen, Monday, 5 May 2008 20:56 (eighteen years ago)

John, just relax and enjoy another delicious beer plus clamato. I am sure you will feel better immediately.

Sara R-C, Monday, 5 May 2008 21:02 (eighteen years ago)

P.S. Hiring movers was supposed to help with this stress. If you still need help next week, let me know. (This week I have massive scheduling issues, plus I fear that your stress added to my stress would lead to a total giving up of all projects, with very bad outcomes for you, me, and everyone we know.)

Sara R-C, Monday, 5 May 2008 21:04 (eighteen years ago)

if bad outcomes = total awesome drunk party, then you're otm

tehresa, Monday, 5 May 2008 21:06 (eighteen years ago)

but i feel like that would be a fun outcome

tehresa, Monday, 5 May 2008 21:06 (eighteen years ago)

WISH ME LUCK ON DATE GUYS

Catsupppppppppppppp dude 茄蕃, Monday, 5 May 2008 21:09 (eighteen years ago)

good luck, you should fly her to MN and treat her to a night of moving heavy boxes

John Justen, Monday, 5 May 2008 21:12 (eighteen years ago)

see the problem w/hiring movers is that you still have to put all your useless crap in boxes in order for the people to move them

John Justen, Monday, 5 May 2008 21:14 (eighteen years ago)

there are some movers that will do that for you.

tehresa, Monday, 5 May 2008 21:15 (eighteen years ago)

the biggest problem of the fact that i haven't moved in over a year is that i'm starting to accumulate crap again. as much as it sucked moving every 3-6 months for a while, it was a really good way to minimalize the disaster.

tehresa, Monday, 5 May 2008 21:16 (eighteen years ago)

originally we were just going to have the moverdudes move all the furniture hueg stuff but now that i have moved half my records up and down some staircases im thinking those boxes of books and cds would look pretty awesome in some other poor sonsabitches arms

John Justen, Monday, 5 May 2008 21:20 (eighteen years ago)

(John has discovered why I'm selling off my CDs at a rapid rate.)

Ned Raggett, Monday, 5 May 2008 21:41 (eighteen years ago)

this album is weird. there are moments where i'm super into it, but others where i am like 'ugh this is like bad high school soundtrack of my life' (i don't know if that actually makes sense)

tehresa, Monday, 5 May 2008 21:42 (eighteen years ago)

maybe headphones will change things.

tehresa, Monday, 5 May 2008 21:42 (eighteen years ago)

ok i just emailed m4rk m*rphy design about the ray caesar book i preordered the first week of january and IT IS COMING OUT NO LATER THAN AUGUST WITH DOUBLE THE PAGES AND EXTRA STUFF! jordan is getting me the collector's edition but i also wanted a regular trade edition, but dude has been totally shady about production dates.

Rubyredd, Monday, 5 May 2008 22:57 (eighteen years ago)

this was probably not the best week for me to send john justen some things in a box.

estela, Monday, 5 May 2008 23:42 (eighteen years ago)

ha ha, estela, you are making me want to send John things in a box now, just to give him a hard time!

Sara R-C, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 03:39 (eighteen years ago)

I heard on the radio this afternoon that Minnesota is #3 in the nation for binge drinking. I think my nursing class may drive this number upwards in the near future. The only person in the class who hasn't mentioned wanting booze desperately lately is the recovered alcoholic.

Sara R-C, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 03:41 (eighteen years ago)

reading post-colonial theater is making me pass out. now in the crucial 'do i actually go to bed this early or try to get more work done?' moment.

tehresa, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 03:54 (eighteen years ago)

I am honestly just trying to get past organizing this ridiculous 2 point project; after *that* I can focus on the zillions of pages of reading for Monday's test. Ha ha, I have to fit a clinical in this week, too!

Someone please kill me now.

Sara R-C, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 04:26 (eighteen years ago)

tehresa, I hope you decided to get some sleep.

Sara R-C, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 04:26 (eighteen years ago)

i just ended up talking to my little sister in peru for an hour on skype instead of sleeping. now i sleep? but now i'm a little wound up from sisterly silliness.

tehresa, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 05:08 (eighteen years ago)

Aw, that sounds like a nice way to spend some time!

Sara R-C, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 05:35 (eighteen years ago)

Time for me to sleeeeeeep....

'Night ITR <3

Sara R-C, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 05:58 (eighteen years ago)

Good morning ITR!

suzy, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 11:56 (eighteen years ago)

word. i have been absent since the strange goings-on of friday night. Bank holidays rule! Later I shall post three pictures that quite neatly encapsulate my weekend. But now must get on with pretending to work.

Upt0eleven, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 12:22 (eighteen years ago)

morning! i slept way longer than intended, but didn't go to bed til 3. i am an idiot.

in other news: i love coffee.

tehresa, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 14:42 (eighteen years ago)

OHMIGODAHORSE

this is still awesome

HI DERE, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 15:16 (eighteen years ago)

I think I am getting ANOTHER cold.

And you guys, my partner for the diabetes project in class just wants to do a role play instead of dancing, singing, or rapping. ;_;

Sara R-C, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 16:16 (eighteen years ago)

I might still try to write some diabetes related limericks to share, though.

Sara R-C, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 16:17 (eighteen years ago)

we got too drunk on date

Catsupppppppppppppp dude 茄蕃, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 17:08 (eighteen years ago)

sara, i woudl totally love a diabetes limerick!

tehresa, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 17:09 (eighteen years ago)

I am going to try to work out a limerick or two. It is not easy working with words like "pancreas," "beta cells," "insulin," and "hyperglycemia," though.

I will share whatever I manage to come up with, though. At least tehresa will enjoy it!

Sara R-C, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 17:47 (eighteen years ago)

There once was a man with Type One...

suzy, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 18:13 (eighteen years ago)

Who thought diabetes was fun!

wanko ergo sum, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 19:33 (eighteen years ago)

No one.

I am trying to find ways to make learning about it not boring/easier to grasp. I feel lucky that we were assigned Type I diabetes, because the mechanism is a lot simpler and more clear. This is not making my presentation any more creative, however.

Sara R-C, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 19:54 (eighteen years ago)

My TWO POINT presentation!!!

Sara R-C, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 19:55 (eighteen years ago)

You should write all of the relevant terms on a basketball and, for your presentation, shoot a layup and say "Well, there's my two points."

HI DERE, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 19:58 (eighteen years ago)

hahaha that would be AWESOME

Sara R-C, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 20:30 (eighteen years ago)

Well, assuming that I could actually make the basket.

Being short sucks.

Sara R-C, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 20:31 (eighteen years ago)

not 4 grrrls. girls is can be ickle and cute. admittedly youse struggle to reach things on high shelves but there are step ladders for such tasks.

if it's any consolation, i'm relatively tall and still lousy at basketball.

Upt0eleven, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 22:22 (eighteen years ago)

I struggle to reach things on high shelves, and often those things wind up falling on my head. But you're probably right that it is better to be short if you are a woman than if you are a man.

That being said, sometimes I think I should have married someone shorter. A. is about a foot taller than me; it's kind of out of hand.

Sara R-C, Tuesday, 6 May 2008 23:32 (eighteen years ago)

good afternoon, itr

Rubyredd, Wednesday, 7 May 2008 00:38 (eighteen years ago)

hi ruby, how many days now?

estela, Wednesday, 7 May 2008 01:00 (eighteen years ago)

64!

Rubyredd, Wednesday, 7 May 2008 01:05 (eighteen years ago)

Hi you guys!

Random side note: I'm pretty sure that those nuns who were turned away from voting in Indiana live in the convent on the campus of the college I attended my first year.

Sara R-C, Wednesday, 7 May 2008 01:06 (eighteen years ago)

64!!!!
