see the problem w/hiring movers is that you still have to put all your useless crap in boxes in order for the people to move them

there are some movers that will do that for you.

the biggest problem of the fact that i haven't moved in over a year is that i'm starting to accumulate crap again. as much as it sucked moving every 3-6 months for a while, it was a really good way to minimalize the disaster.

originally we were just going to have the moverdudes move all the furniture hueg stuff but now that i have moved half my records up and down some staircases im thinking those boxes of books and cds would look pretty awesome in some other poor sonsabitches arms

(John has discovered why I'm selling off my CDs at a rapid rate.)

this album is weird. there are moments where i'm super into it, but others where i am like 'ugh this is like bad high school soundtrack of my life' (i don't know if that actually makes sense)

ok i just emailed m4rk m*rphy design about the ray caesar book i preordered the first week of january and IT IS COMING OUT NO LATER THAN AUGUST WITH DOUBLE THE PAGES AND EXTRA STUFF! jordan is getting me the collector's edition but i also wanted a regular trade edition, but dude has been totally shady about production dates.

I heard on the radio this afternoon that Minnesota is #3 in the nation for binge drinking. I think my nursing class may drive this number upwards in the near future. The only person in the class who hasn't mentioned wanting booze desperately lately is the recovered alcoholic.

reading post-colonial theater is making me pass out. now in the crucial 'do i actually go to bed this early or try to get more work done?' moment.

I am honestly just trying to get past organizing this ridiculous 2 point project; after *that* I can focus on the zillions of pages of reading for Monday's test. Ha ha, I have to fit a clinical in this week, too!

I am trying to find ways to make learning about it not boring/easier to grasp. I feel lucky that we were assigned Type I diabetes, because the mechanism is a lot simpler and more clear. This is not making my presentation any more creative, however.

not 4 grrrls. girls is can be ickle and cute. admittedly youse struggle to reach things on high shelves but there are step ladders for such tasks.

if it's any consolation, i'm relatively tall and still lousy at basketball.

I struggle to reach things on high shelves, and often those things wind up falling on my head. But you're probably right that it is better to be short if you are a woman than if you are a man.

That being said, sometimes I think I should have married someone shorter. A. is about a foot taller than me; it's kind of out of hand.
