I'll be done with this term by the end of the first week of June (I think... I haven't looked that closely at the end of the syllabus - but I think that's it). But then I still have three semesters after that.

This was my strategy for two midterm papers I just got back, and it turns out my standards are much higher than my instructors, 100% on one and 98% on the other.

well done!

that was like my accounting final last semester - i literally gave up half way through and got an A. i think it was a generous curve.

so... i'm "done" with this paper a lot earlier than i expected... probably because i typed exactly enough to fill 8 pages + 1 paragraph thereofore meeting the "8-12 page" requirement. i think i will just call it a night and maybe proof it on the train tomorrow morning.

It's going well but this semester has been pretty shitty. That said, only two more weeks for me! I also made a really big decision last week. During the third (and final) semester of my program we have to do an internship. I was going to start this over the summer so that I could stretch it out until December and keep my job but instead . . .

I'M LEAVING MY JOB AT THE END OF AUGUST! I hate it here and it's been a huge source of stress for me for the last, well, the last three years. So, I'm leaving and doing the internship in the fall as it was originally intended. This means I get the summer off (WOOT!) and can really concentrate on school/internship stuff in the fall. I told my manager yesterday. I am so damn excited.
