the pastebin can only be updated by seandalai and he's busy so its out of date and id rather not have to repost another full list of nominations which I believe mucks up user searches. So just having both links seems the best option.

Hey Liz! Yeah, you'd have to re-register. I'll be sure to keep an eye out.

Also I saw that this was mentioned on the trans thread, but people might also think "Liz D" refers to Liz Daplyn, who was killed in the London terrorist bombings in 2005. I was not around on ilx when she posted here, so I don't have the right frame of reference to advise you about this, but using that as a display name change could cause some confusion.

Some men shaving their head completely can look nice enough, if you like that look and they have the right-shaped head. But shaving their head is just another way of denying male pattern baldness by taking it all off. I can see it must have had some sort of horrible original thread name, but that change is explained in parenthesis in the thread title for some reason, could it now just be "Lockerbie" or "The Lockerbie air disaster" (without the capitalisation)

idk if this is the right thread, a lot of the images i have are memes from private discords, which i can't just up and post links to on ilx. so i'm trying to find image sharing sites, but i don't know any that will let me embed. do you know or have any recommendations re: sites to use to get images to embed?

I think imgur still works, but haven't tried lately

imgur on desktop (then right-click, open image in new tab to get the direct url) but not on mobile for some reason.

I use imgur.com. The most important thing is to post the link to the image itself, not to a page that the image is on, imo.
Imgur is nice because it will show you image links for different kinds of code -- we use BBCode, not HTML.

oops, (possibly) nevermind! it was an image with a phone numbers on it, but then i remembered i posted it via an imgur link, so i went back on there and deleted the image from imgur. so it should just be a 404 error now, instead of a dog drawing with phone #s.
