i think aphex definitely knows his craft, and i'll often do the laundry to his more relaxing stuff. anything too noisy ie. falling too deep into the realm of electronica noisy, i don't enjoy so much though

fav recording by Rick James is a bootleg of him live@Liquid Room in Tokyo.

Did RDJ just like retire and nobody noticed? Assuming both drukqs and Analord were leftovers of course. (sure sounded like leftovers to me. Wasn't the story that he found some songs laying around on his hard drive that he didn't give a shit about and just released them all as the drukqs album because he was desperate to get out of his contract with Warp?)

Been listening to SAW II like crazy for the past year or so. That album is so brilliantly good.

Isn't he behind The Tuss? First two-thirds of the album is great.

the 'hangable auto bulb' collection is a big headphones favourite.

i can see the track names fine on mine. i have the pias reissue. the back has the aphex logo rearranged to look like a smiling face, with the track names in a bold grey font.
