I'm suddenly keen on briskly running the Replacements poll I mentioned last year if there's sufficient interest!? (I notice Johnny Fever signed up for such a thing almost a decade ago before retracting it, and my suggestion here was prompted by chatter on a Replacements thread, so there appears to be at least a few potential voters about...)

by chance, i've had my very first case of replacements fever recently, so i would be pumped about a poll! i've had a mild familiarity with most of their stuff for a long time, but recently i've been connecting to a couple in a way that i hadn't before, listening to some old ones i'd never really given time to, the recent stripped down Don't Tell a Soul, etc.

i would have no idea on the solo/side projects but would very much love to see a countdown to steer me in some promising directions

in the spirit of the replacements, though, i think it's only appropriate to be inexcusably drunk as often as possible while posting on that thread, so i apologize to everyone on it in advance
