i put the album on grooveshark because i searched for it there to listen to it at work and i couldn't find it

Is there really not an SF or Oakland show? Seems hard to believe.

ha this is incredibly OTM from when I saw them, also from a few feet away - I kind of alternated between them like five minutes at a time

Oh my god, just heard this tonight and I'm pretty sure this immediately catapulted into my top ten for the year. Holy shit.

I've been trying hard to like this record but somehow it just doesn't click.
I'm sure it might be fun to see them perform live tho.

Your backyard would then be a particularly great place to be! That would be a stellar lineup.

Got stuck working till super late so had to give this a miss last night, pretty pissed off. Anyone make it to the gig?

last night was refreshing. chris corsano is a very dynamic drummer live.. it's good to see something that can be just as mesmerizing when it's not so loud all the time. sir bishops guitar playing was blazing!

emeralds were perfect, they played drones for 15 minutes and progressed into a couple of 'does it look like i'm here' songs. i almost fell asleep.

saw them a few days ago & it deepened my appreciation of the album a lot, but the live show is the perfect article I think; they have amazing range and at moments it was just fucking serene, esp while spacing out w/ eyes fixed on corsano's head, blank except for glow in the dark ear plugs. seeing him get better&better is one of life's pleasures.

Yeah. Corsano is playing in St Louis this weekend with Darin Gray and...someone else too, I think. Too broke to make the trip, tho.

Cool that he and Darin Gray have hooked up ... need to look Corsano's general itinerary up I guess.

Thanks! Own about 5 things with him on it, but obviously need to cast a wide net to hear it all. Mainly wanna see him live again at this point, records will happen over time.

Definitely see Chikamorachi (Corsano + Darin Gray) on this tour, you guys. I saw them in Louisville and then made the trip the next night to see them in Lexington. They were that good. Astonishing, really. Don't miss it!!
