Daniels is awesome in Married to the Mob and The Squid and the Whale (and couldn't be more different in the two).

Jeff’s are typically good (present company excluded) but you just can’t compete with those Bill’s.

I first read this thread title as “Jets vs Bills” so assumed it was about football. Having now read the thread, I still can only imagine the Jeff and Bill pairs facing off on a football field, fully padded up.

this was Jeff Daniels, oops - still traumatic and I think the 9/11 butt cheeks and Newsroom pushed me to vote Bills here but Bridges doing the perfect old man action turn in The Old Man would sway me back to the Jeffs these days
