xp I just find that, at a glance, it doesn't read very well. I've seen it as some kind of gas pump (imagining Goodyear -> Cars -> Gasoline) with the wing being the pump, pointed to the right.

For the longest time I was wondering, "Why the heck does he have a weird skin flab under his nose?!". Then I happened to read some of the early strips where he was drawn a bit differently, and it turns out he's supposed to have a "boxer's nose": the upper curve is supposed to be the bridge of his nose, and the lower curve is the actual nose. I still get angry at the artist anytime I see the strip in the papers: there's no way the reader can interpret those two bits as part of the same nose!!

I've mentioned this before, but years ago I put this vinyl cover on my wall because I thought it looked cool, and only after it had been there for months did I realize what those mountains were, and why the Natural Four looked so happy.

Expos logo is clearly a lower-case e for Expos, a stylized capital M for Montreal that swirls into a lower-case b for baseball!

I think Billingsley's made the crown too narrow and the back too flat compared to the height of the crown and the length of the bill and also compared to Curtis' head's size.
