.. it's bad english, we were told back in Primary school.

But, like all rules, it's done to give the impression that the song is a reply or a continuation of a conversation that has broken into song structure, "Musical" style.

"And I'm Tellllllllling you! I'm not going...."

I love this trick, but I can't think of any examples off the top of my head.

So not titles with the first word "And," but only lyrics?
