rw, i don't even bother setting my alarm clock on my days off. and that sometimes results in what happened saturday, which was me waking up at 9:30 pm thereby missing the wluw record fair and nearly missing the show at ronny's.

this is from my friend steve in pittsburgh, i have no idea what he's talking about but maybe someone here does:

I want to get some Backyard Band bootleg tapes or mp3's. I used to listen to them in college all the time since my friends were from DC and way into go-go. I need some Back tapes and don't want to buy BYB's studio stuff. If there is anyone from the area who could give me a hand and help me get some of this stuff, I'd really appreciate it. I'm looking for any live performances of good quality. I will pay for the tape, shipping materials, etc.
