i dreamed that hoos called me just to say hi!

A while back after reading committed anti-feminists are among the creepiest people alive imo I dreamed my friend Jinnie gave seminars instructing meek men in the art of picking up women. All I can remember with any clarity was a scene in which she admitted to me that her career was bullshit, and laughing ridiculously, air-humped at my leg shouting the title of her book.

It was titled, You're A Lesbian! I'm A Man!

I was in Dallas County jail, which in my dream was merely the top floor of a high end mall. Those of us in-the-know inmates knew how to breach security to access the lower floors during free time. I happened upon a large, friendly-looking green robot with a "Tracer Hand '08" sign tacked to the side of its motorized tracks. It was obviously just a costume and it was furry and had a pleasant demeanor. Somewhere around the chest was a sign telling em to push a button for more info. I did, and a Matchbox car was deposited out of a slot underneath the button. The car was wrapped in some literature which I didn't read. Instead I asked "Are you Tracer Hand?" and the Hand himself pulled off the head of his costume and lo and behold. I told him I though he lived in NYC or Engoland or somewhere and he said no, he was born and raised in Dallas. He asked how I knew of him and I said something vague about the internet, not really caring to go so far as mentioning my ILX affiliation or screen name. Ha, I just remembered TH was sipping from a bottle of MD 20/20 Orange Jubilee and sweating a bit. He also expressed interest in checking out the new several-thousand sq ft Madden Superstore dedicated to all things Football and/or EA Sports. Most of my dreams are not this weird.

i had a dream that i was making coffee and then my roomies were talking about jergins having gotten mugged and asked me to ask him something, and i was like 'huh? you know jergins?' and they said, 'yeah, he's the guy that uploads all the funny stuff to that world music thread!' so i assumed they were ire googlers/lurkers but secretly had a giant fear that they knew all about my ilx life.

i dreamed i moved to london for work and had plans to meet up with Dom P and Noodle Vague for a pint (actually not sure if either of these dudes resides in London?). i told them that i had joined a gym, that i was going there directly from the office and then i would come meet them at the pub. they (apparently already on the piss) proceeded to inform me about what a knob and a wanker i was.

I dreamed that I changed my name to robostan, so I did.

i dreamt i met nick a last night. it was some kind of non-organised ilx meetup and someone was like hey that's nick a, and i was like wow that's nick a cool! but we never had a chance to talk to each other before i woke up :\

I decided to get a PhD in literature at a North Carolina university AT THE SAME TIME as getting my JD in New York. I was going to commute back and forth every day (like straight from class to class). The NC university had a campus that looked like a woodsy summer camp, and there were herds of moose roaming the premises.

Andrew Farrell was at an English seaside postcard stand with Simon Pegg and their friends, and had grown a fluffy moustache so giant he could tuck it behind his ears to keep it out of the bitter wind

ILX poster roxymuzak has two tickets to see "Pee Wee the Herman." One ticket is hers, the other will go to me or King Boy Pato. The winner will be decided by cross country automobile race.

I am auditioning to be vocalist for a grindcore band. I am on a small stage in a spotlight. I look behind me and Grady gives me a goofy wave from his seat behind the drum kit. He counts a fast 4 and the sounds of scary quick guitar & bass come roaring out of the darkness around me. I do my bit, shrieking lyrics off the page of notebook paper I've removed from my pocket. They go something like this:

i speak you hear but don't overstand me
eardrums cracked like dry earth rupture

The song ends. I'm sweating. I drop the mic and there's a squall of feedback.

A voice from the darkness says "You're in."

I had a dream that I was on some mission to stop someone from blowing up a shopping center. What's odd is that Cankles was in my dream and he was pretty awesome. It wasn't the first time I we'd met though I don't think. Also, I totally called him "cankles" in the dream.

i dreamt the reason that tombot was missing was he was being arraigned in federal district court. this was a tangential part of another dream that wasn't about the internet. in my dream i was like "hmm i wonder what he did" and resolved to look it up later.

I that I have had dreams involving the following: Joshea, Curtis, Tehresa and now Cankles.

True. I wasn't sure whether "ILX dreams" exclusively meant dreams about other ilxors as opposed to dreams had by ilxors. Which is also weird because I know I posted once about a dream about J0n W1lliams but I don't see it here.

Whoah! I am so honored. Actually, as it happens, three days ago there was a power outage on our street and I sat at our dining room table reading Shakespeare by candlelight. I wasn't using a quill, but in other respects, it was kind of weirdly similar to your dream. Maybe you were remote viewing?
