Yes. It is a pencil skirt. I find those to be the best of skirts and own many, many of them though they are a bit inconvenient for every day casual wear to be honest.

That was exactly the type of look I was thinking of when I said skirt+shirt ist besser als sundresses!

I have to get a new pair for fall, I ripped mine somehow and Victoria's Secret is only selling one with pink seams down the back? I reckon that is unclassy.

Garters always win but they are difficult to wear sometimes under the new breed of pencil skirts, which feature lycra too often and are a bit unforgiving to the little bumps caused by garters. Garters are better with kind of flippy skirts.
