Pfunkboy Formerly Known As... (Herman G. Neuname), Wednesday, 26 November 2008 17:19 (fifteen years ago) link

Yeah that's true purely basing my moaning on the fact that I get few friend requests. Is subscribing worthwhile?

It will probably tell you if you had any visitors today. You might have secret admirers you didn't know about.

Pfunkboy Formerly Known As... (Herman G. Neuname), Wednesday, 26 November 2008 17:37 (fifteen years ago) link

any other subscribers get this?

Yeh: I can usually narrow it down to posts I've left somewhere, or songs I've recently loved/tagged/whatever.

Interestingly: I got a message the other week telling me my subscription had expired, but ... er, it still seems to be valid. Heh.

grimly fiendish, Wednesday, 26 November 2008 21:20 (fifteen years ago) link

oh i get randoms on my page all the time - loads of the time i can't even figure out any way they'd have got there.

although! i note that i have recently had quite the influx of weird visitors. one of them has the username "FredDurstsKnob" - i am not clicking on that, sorry. another says, in his about me section, "Pete Doherty is a genius!" his is literally the first last.fm page i have clicked on where there isn't even ONE act in common.

anyway i believe they are lurkers on this very thread (or, god, who knows, maybe you lot) b/c they all visited just after pfunkboy bumped it. they should get better taste.

lex pretend, Wednesday, 26 November 2008 21:53 (fifteen years ago) link

I was going to joke that is what you deserve for having The Lex visit you then I saw who it was that posted it :(
