I think Shaka Hislop is my favorite talking head over here, he's not afraid to say T&T is sucking up the place.

Top 3 qualify, 4th plays a home-away playoff w/ 5th from down south. Looking like that could be Argentina, Ecuador, or Colombia right now. Scary. All the remaining games are big in light of that, no-one wants to finish 4th.

Has anybody watched the Fox Phone-in show w/Wynalda?

I've seen a couple episodes, it's decent. They kind of changed the overall emphasis of the show when they brought him on, it got a bit more US-centric.

He is kind of awesome in that when the inevitable callers get on and trash MLS/US soccer players, he usually stands up to them instead of joining in like Steve Cohen did. Cohen always seemed like he was playing the role of the loudmouth, and Wynalda is and always has been a loudmouth.

I like him on the show. He's funny, relaxed and a little irreverent.

Yeah he is. I always preferred him over Harkes on the ESPN broadcasts.

About Beasley: there is a rumor that he's coming back to Chicago, since one of the Fire's long time midfielders has apparently switched away from his old number (7) that was DMBs during his time here. Other number 7s people are speculating about: Raul, Figo. If it's any of them, I'm hoping for Beas.

The field they play on belongs to the Tecnologico de Monterrey, huge university who has the best Mexican American football uni team. I think the rayados are looking to get a different stadium.

That first sentence is very muddled. "which has the best American football university team in Mexico" is what it should say to be clearer.
