Which of today's artists will get into Rock and Roll HOF?

The guy who most deserves to get into the HOF but sadly will probably never is Brian Eno

Actually, I bet he'll get in as a "non-performer," which would be hilarious. "Yeah he was that guy who produced Joshua Tree, so we should put him in."

Regarding hip-hop'ers, I am pretty sure Public Enemy will get in there in 5-6 years time. And probably De La Soul a few years later. Those early hip-hop'ers haven't made any albums that have made impact, and even though not everybody in the HOF is "rock", they will certainly have to be part of the rock "canon" to get in.

Didn't Ozzy say the HOF can get bent? Maybe they haven't inducted Sabbath in part because they know the dude won't show.

I'd almost think Iggy has a better chance of getting in solo than with the Stooges (or maybe as "Iggy & The Stooges") what with "Lust For Life" and all.
