Belatedly working through this helpful list. I'm curious, what would you add to/subtract from it now, Siegbran?

Great, I'm happy that this is helping people. Wouldn't really subtract anything, I'd say it's still a pretty good list of the canonical stuff until 1999/2000. Maybe I'd pick another Voivod record but the first few are all great. I'd probably add Gorguts <i>The Erosion Of Sanity</i>.
