One of the best way to stop smoking is first to convence yourself that (you) are the owner of your mind and body not (weed) Dont try to stop...dont make any plans or the way to Quiet....The human from now we are very weak mindly... we use just a 15% of our mind, so imagen what we can do with the rest of our brain...right buddy's?? As a non pot smoker, I've always been confused by weed quanitification: an ounce of weed is huge, right? but an ounce of water, or whatever, is almost nothing. Is weed just extremely light?

not everyone has the space or time for that , if you rent your landlord might still disallow it , convenience
just like brewing your own beer there is a fair amount of hobbyism involved not everyone that likes to smoke is into making it a hobby.
