candidate for most turgid lead-off track of any compilation ever. fuckin, woof. that dubby blind idiot god stoned exploration in the two spot however is real good, the drums sound so of their time tho lol

Love a bunch of these but I voted for the Scott Colby track (over the Henry Kaiser one, which is kind of his “G-Spot Tornado”).

I think two Gone tracks is pushing it for Mr Ginn here. At least the two Elliott Sharp tracks sound different.

"Vista Cruiser" in a heartbeat for that alt-universe Jan Hammer vibe - thought there was discussion of it somehwere but maybe it got lost to the sandbox?

Need to revisit Noisy or Ambient 80s US Indie Tracks and put together an equivalent NZ instrumental comp of FNun/Xpressway/etc stuff.

This comp is not nearly as good as SST Acoustic.

Blind Idiot God for me too, although the Steve Fisk and Pell Mell tracks sound pretty good playing them again. Fisk is on both of course. No flute to be found either, is that an instrument that ever works in rock music?
