ugh that sucks j.lu for me the hilarity that i have been grumpy about for a while now is that oh hey guess what my fasting blood sugar jumps 20 points when i get my period because that is apparently “just a common thing that happens” but how the fuck am i supposed to adjust for it when i’m perimenopausal and have zero chance of predicting when i’ll start anymore. 2 weeks? 4? 8? who knows weee
