Correction: the Dean was the daughter of one of the Sabrett founders, but nobody connected with the company was called Sabretti. Still, four years’ free hot dogs.

I find anything wrapped in bacon to be a bit of a cheat, since bacon is the best and makes everything better and is often the best thing about whatever it is/on/around.

Chicago Dog doesn't even want to be around anymore, but it got my vote.

Chili and bacon mostly stretch a hot dog along its fundamental dimension. Chicago pickle salad adds at least 3 new dimensions of flavor, and these all hold their own against the very intense flavor of the heavily salted animal bits tube.
