Lotta debate over whether the implosion of that game constitutes a scam or just extreme incompetence. Probably the former.

Can't wait to get home and digest the info on this. Can't really look into anything whilst at work, is this the game that was supposed to be released last year but was delayed because they said they were moving to the newer Unreal engine? Or was that something else?

i don't speak japanese, but from what i gather from random stranger's video, it turns out the japanese version of "8 Eye's" doesn't just differ from the US version by having a blatantly ungrammatical title. the japanese version is set in the waning days of the ottoman empire, in which you have to stop an evil armenian, a satanist bandit who's also the daughter of the devil. she's stolen some armenian artifacts from the british museum (yeah) in order to resurrect satan. you play a british secret agent, julian james bond, who has to save the turks, and the rare british treasures, by stopping the evil armenians.

so yeah that's not necessarily great.
