Lines you remember from a movie of TV show but can't remember exactly where it originated from

two:

one, a terrible movie where this dude was an ex-lover of Satan, and he's telling these two women that when he went to Heaven and said to God, God told him to "go to Hell" as a joke, and said "what am I gonna tell him, he's not funny he's a schmuck? he's God!"

another, a dude who tells a joke that's something like "how many women does it take to screw in a lightbulb? three - one to screw in the bulb, and two to RIDE MY RODNEY"

Second one is the final line of dialog in Orson Welles´ lesser-known classic Ride My Rodney

A comedy where a guy is given an (obviously) fake phone number, and exclaims (after a beat) – “Hey, that’s one of those ‘555-‘ numbers!”

It’s on the tip of my tongue…

Woman says "it's a free country, isn't it?"

V fussy British man replies "What, Britain? Good lord no."

Have no idea where I picked this up, maybe a Le Carré thing? Anyway I think about it all the time, and am always on the lookout for someone to ask me if it's a free country as a result so I can use it.
