PRICE REDUCED from $18,000
RARE PRS COLLECTIBLE
This PRS Private Stock Custom 24 is a superbly special model, commemorating the 10th anniversary of the Private Stock program. It's one of the most rare and luxurious PRS guitars ever made! Finished in Amber Tiger Eye, this Custom 24 boasts a super high grade South American mahogany back and a quilted maple top with some serious inlay - crafted from materials such as black and brown lip mother of pearl, white and gold mother of pearl, paua, abalone, green snail, orange Madre per Lato, red coral, koa, and even 14k gold! The body, fingerboard, and headstock are also bound with green snail and black/white ivoroid. Pickups are the PRS 9 humbuckers, and the fingerboard and headstock veneer are made from Brazilian rosewood. The curly maple neck is also jaw dropping as well. Top it off with an anodized gold stoptail, gold locking tuners with rosewood buttons, and Brazilian rosewood pickup rings, and you have the ultimate PRS! This guitar is in excellent condition and includes the original hardshell case.

Yeah, green snail is a new one for me too. Apparently refers to this:

Basically just another type of mother-of-pearl.
And insofar as its hideousness, I will have you know, sir, that my long-dead grandmother would have loved this thing.

NORDSTRAND NJ4 4 STRING VINTAGE JAZZ BASS PICKUPS - $80 (Minnetonka)
These were previously installed but weren’t to my taste.
$180 retail, yours for $80 cash.
This is a vintage style single coil pickup made with 60s era correct Heavy Formvar wire, alnico V magnets, and wound with a programmable CNC winder that simulates a vintage hand wound pattern. The combination of the HF wire in correspondence with the simulated hand wind produces the pickup's lowered resonant peak, which is the source of the hypnotizing ambrosia that is the NJ4's divine high end. Between its high and low end frequencies, this pickup produces a full-bodied sound that replicates the drive synonymous with 60s vintage tone.
Does that say "Jerry Pate, like his chest"? What does that mean?
