well, well. when I saw that *it* was named after a university, for some reason I immediately thought of Italy and yes, Bologna (gorgeous city, btw). this was somewhere in the 50s, guess-wise. I tried everything humanly possible in the accord<>declaration range for the second word, but to no avail (altho these terms actually occur in the text), then gleaned at the Dutch article, which had the Dutch for ‘declaration’ as its title, sigh, and then gave up and cheated. feel like I was robbed of a glorious and impressive victory!
