disagree with Thierry. all of the Academy rules seem arbitrary, but they kind of make sense.

I can see wanting to limit International Feature Film nominees to foreign language cinema

and agree that Best Picture and Best Director nominees should be open to all films from every language and culture

Honestly, if there aren't at least 12 foreign language performances up for the acting awards, I call foul
