Her Joan Rivers was great but said delusion is honestly her next best, most watchable quality.

Episode was great, but I feel like a lot of the wins were awarded according to producers' pre-decided storyline. I agreed with the girls in the werkroom, I thought Jax killed it against Mistress.

Sasha is just in a league of her own for me. Talented, likeable, professional, sickening, I hope she wins.

Easily in the top four. Who else at this point, you think?

comparing this ep to last season’s reinforced how much lower stakes feel this season

i was also surprised nobody seemed to employ willow’s strategy of “pick the queen that will pick the song i want” although the untucked addressed that somewhat.

loved how this ep improved the standing of the queens that didn’t get a chance to showcase yet (selena, marcia)

When it comes down to it, I just really hated every single one of jax’s wigs and i never got past it. She always looked like she had no neck. Impressive performer tho!

otm. also, she’s very technical/precise but there is just certain something missing, like, relax and just have some fun! she reminds me of denali that way.

lots or rigor morris in this ep for sure but if nothing else it was worth it for the aretra vs sasha lipsync.

my top 4 at this point would probably be: sasha, aretra, luxx and selena

(interesting detail in the untucked about sasha losing some competition to selina)

sasha wont win the whole thing shes too established/old

I don't think the c.u.n.t. level is as high as it was last season with Willow, Angeria, Camden, Kornbread, Bosco, Daya, even Jorgeous.

My top at this moment would be Sasha, Mistress, Anetra and a toss up between Salina, Luxx and Marcia.

I love Malaysia, buy I feel she's missing some confidence and it's hurting her.

Spice should've left last week.

Either it's a very nothing year or the editing is terrible (or it's me, maybe it's me?), because I just can't muster any interest in any of these people. Nobody is funny, nobody is particularly smart. Everything feels like something we've seen before. Anetra and Sasha are the only two I can picture in the final.

combination of editing? (shorter time mebbe - tho the early seasons were only an hour and did give drama),
burnout? i couldnt make my way thru season 14 and just retried and still could not do it

queens less interesting? the whole ppl who grew up watching show as opposed to being out in clubs etc debate?

challenges not as much fun? (as always more sewing!, more drag on a dime, etc better imo)

i'm at least watching this one but not invested - guessing yeah sasha, anetra, mistress, plus? at this point

that said,
anetra (baby detox) is kinda fun, her dismissal of spice as a lip sync challenge last week was cute - cant kill a baby deer - liked her eleganza this week but outfits otherwise not been amazing,
sasha is fine but outside of her zombie lip sync which was cool not that exciting
marcia is trying finally and finally got rid of the nose gag
mistress is fun only in shit stirring but otherwise just fine

I still think their ridiculous idea of putting in a separate show between the main one and Untucked sucks. (And they're continuing to do that next week anyway! With an even more unrelated show?)

Anyway the Spice must flow. I mean go. (And did.)

it’s a bad season when you anticipate the pit stop more than the actual show

i love loosey’s self-own with her ugly-ass “runner-up” dress that honestly looked like she made it for someone a full 6 inches shorter yet she made it for herself go figure

and martha just snorting rails of delusion now too lol. she should have been in the top? THIS top? on THIS drag race! i mean. if anyone’s drag screams middling safe realness it’s her lol but go off

not sad about lack of spice going forward, but did like how kind Mistress was to her

and my top three for sure Sasha, Anetra & Mistress. I think Lux needs to let go a little more & not be so on-brand always. Reminda me of the first early episodes of Naomi in her season. Once Naomi started being stupid & enjoying herself she like BECAME the Naomi we love. Because we can already see the beauty & the legs, you can be giving AND be a dork & not ruin the vibe.

I think I'm the closest thing to a Marcia stan and I was also like, "Your look is a bustier with some beads. At least Luxx has a credible argument."

Strange slumgullion of an episode -- but then again, so is the season. Once again the Pit Stop was the better chaos factor, and at least we're still steadily working down the size of the group here.

Drag Race Sweden started today meantime and I do like all the little variations each incarnation does, like turning the lights off at the end of the workday etc. (I was also surprised to realize that when they offered immunity today I was all "Oh yeah, they don't really do that any more!") More emotional out of the gate as well than I would have guessed.

the challenge was interesting but most of them kinda whiffed on it, which surprised me. loosey was the only one (to me) who really nailed the interview but gah her runway look was a no for me - she looked like Wynnona Judd more than she looked like Bey! no offense to wynonna.

bummed there was no lemonade or homecoming beyonce look

mistress’s destiny’s child look was hilarious & great and sasha looked amaaaaaaaazing

i thought malaysia won the lipsync tbh but i think i was just going off selena losing her wig & being messy

I liked Sasha riding the Charo kooky cuchi train, which felt a lot more spontaneous and fun than Loose's interview.

the heavy handed editing of the interviews was weird considering it didn't support the judging decisions. based on what we saw, loosey was the only one who had any resemblance of control over her interview.

oh i forgot one more thing

Kinda loved how the mini challenge was just trundling along and then Sasha wiped the floor with everyone beforehand.

Yeah that was a treat, granted the episodes are back to the length they should be at last but I appreciated them showing what looked like the whole thing.

If some other lip sync results in a double shantay, I'm going to be pissed.

That really was an actually good Rusical there. All too apt as well!

Still I was hoping for a different end result because that would have eventually meant an all top four that was POC/not white, which I don't think has ever happened in the show, and even regardless of that, Ms LaDuca is wearying me greatly -- but there's still next week.

Loosey isn't even an interesting villain anymore. And the way she's been overdrawing her top lip has been unflattering and distracting.

I'm a little surprised that the teachers gave their full names because given the current state of things I can easily see them getting harassed for being on the show (and I certainly hope I'm wrong there).
