I'm convinced that at least half of these open roam sessions are populated by children who haven't even hit puberty yet.
I ask my 13-year-old son, who has hit puberty, what's the deal and he's just, I dunno. I'm on Oculus.
I hear some kid warbling that he wants a car, can anyone give me a car, or another one almost burst into tears because he's getting griefed. I think, What the hell am I doing here? But then I think, But wait. This is a game made for adults, not these children!
I just mute the whole session now, but it's still weird. It wasn't unusual to hear a squeaker or two back in the day, but it's been nothing but during the holidays.

just encountered Jason, in Sandy Shores, stalking me. I presume because of today's date.

..and Halloween month of course. I was also followed by Christine yesterday, upon approaching her on foot the car burst into flames and rammed me.
There's also ghosts this month that you have to photograph.
