man yall just heard the following Jazz Night In America excursion for the third time this weekend: Matt Wilson and friends transforming some xmas songs that sorely needed it, and I think it works, even on Lennon's Happy Christmas (War Is Over)"(I think--the little bit of soft singing at the end tipped the scales).
