my favorites are definitely the non-euclidean geometry ones where you have no ides what you are looking at or what direction is up. Unsettling, to me at least.

search for youtubes (or other kinds of search results) and sort by upload date so it shows you get the chronological view of all the crap that doesn't get elevated into search results. the remnants of the old good internet are still there, just buried beneath all of the stuff that is semi-professionally produced

those early shots have a very Gerry Anderson feel to them. something about the cars not moving at quite a constant speed.
