Pumpkin spice has gone too far

i like the spices, am repelled by pumpkin spice "scented" things. even worse is apple spice scented imho.

i can leave behind fall scented / flavored products.

i have a non-beer drinking friend who had me and other friends over many years back to watch a football game. he went to the market and bought a variety of beers for the beer drinkers. one of the six packs was a pumpkin spice ale. i tried a sip of one and sent the rest down the drain.

at the end of the day, he sent the remaining beer home with us, and i got stuck with the pumpkin beer. i took it home to the roommates and none of us ever touched those bottles.

10 years later, i suspect they’re still in the back of the fridge

I would wager that between 1984 and 1987 I sniffed more poppers than anyone I know will ever sniff and I am just here to say that yes this is too damn far
