Feel like this is probably in the zone re naff visual concept - Francis Butler - There Is No Escape - from memory this is a non-terrible LP!

Given their 70s (disco) influences, we can safely assume Phats & Small named their album Now Phats What I Small Music as a homage to 70s album titles

When your heart's not in the funk, you get lead.
