I only gave so much thought to these lyrics, but here is a potential chorus for the answer track by the Northern Birds

Don't want to piss in the pool here, but what makes this different from your Goldie Lookin Chain / Pete and Bas / Kurupt FM / Big Shaq any number of comedy UK rap things from the past years?

pete n bas aren't comedy really. i mean can't remember glc having any bars as good as some of pete's stuff on 'mr worldwide' for instance and i think he's generally weaker than bas overall.

Not in a mood to elucidate properly but yeah that. Party Time is an outlier and the dark humour is definitely foregrounded but the other work isn't played for laughs. It resonates with me as much because I'm laughing at myself as anything

I've only seen and heard this one. It sort of reminds of once when on a bus going through Ravensthorpe and this guy with a croaky voice was talking loudly about how he had to persuade a friend to throw out his piss stained mattress. And because he was making other passengers laugh he started hamming it up and turning around to his audience "you should have seen this fucking mattress, it was crawling".
