I swear to god when I was planning to ditch all my jewel cases in May 2002, I went into best buy and there were two types of sleeves for CD binders - one that was normal, and one that had little dots. the little dots ones had a sticker on them that said something like "new cd-protecting dots designed by top engineers at microsoft" or something like that.

The problem with the CD binder is that when you leave it places you lose all your CDs. Not that I have ever done that.
