After further research, I have some questions I would like you to answer regarding Ellie's
behavior to the best of your ability. Email your reply and I will review as able.

1. Is there any relation of aggression to when the Ellie eats? Before or after meals?
Close to feeding time?

2. I know this often occurs when she jumps in your lap and has been there. Is there a
particular location in the house you are sitting? Is it an area Ellie can see out windows?
Hear outside noises more clearly?

3. Does she ever exhibit aggressive behavior in the area you feed her?

4. How long has Ellie usually been seated on you prior to the behavior? Does she tend to
look at your hands while they are still and then attack when they move?

5. Some cats can have anxiety related aggression; anticipating being moved, left, or even
owner disappearing for bed. Do any of these occur?

6. Does Ellie vocalize when you talk with her and/or interact with her? Has she always
done this since she has been with you?

7. How has her sociability changed since you adopted her? Prior to starting fluoxetine.

Our goal with diving deep into the details is to determine if there are triggers that have
not been identified. If the behavior is truly random (no triggers) it would suggest a
neurologic disease is more likely.

I never want any of my customers to feel like I haven't delivered on my work, and in this situation that was not the case. Unfortunately the previous plumber who installed your grease trap and mop sink did not install the correct piping of 3in PVC and only installed 2 in PVC pipes. I did my due deligence of installing what was correct for what you had. Unfortunately when dealing with drainage it is illegal to go from a bigger pipe size down to a smaller pipe size so it was no way of making any of that 3 in, plus like I explain yesterday even if I did illegally increase the piping in the ground to 3in draining into a 2 in pipe by the time I reached the 3 bay sink the piping would have been above the floor. Furthermore what I installed yesterday did help the system. But adding that second 2 in line you can run the 3 basin sink and kitchen dishwasher at the same time without flooring. Also you can run all 4 sinks without flooding. Unfortunately running more that 1 sink plus the dishwasher will cause flooding. That would have happen regards if I increased the piping in the wall to 3 in because it's draining into a 2 inch in the ground. You may not want to hear this but your true solution is to take out the grease trap, grab the 4 in PVC piping from the bathroom and reconfigure the kitchen that way. If you do not believe me you can get a second or third opinion. Lastly you will not be charged anymore money. The first payment is all I'm going to charge you. I will have an receipt sent to you sometime either today or tomorrow. I hope that this does not affect your business relationship. I have over 17 years of plumbing experience and I would never take advance of any customer, the way you left did not sit well with my spirit, so I had to reach out. This situation is the case. Your creation. Your work has created even a bigger issue. You did not correct anything. Nor did you do the work we agreed upon.

Your excuses are wonderful in their explanation. However, you are supposed to be the professional. You did no due diligence before or during the work. If you had, the work you did perform should not have been done and you should have come to me with an explanation.

Right now, I have water running all over the floor from the drain You installed. Everything is worse than before. I am going to have a professional company out to repair.

You have done a great disservice to me, my customers and my staff. Loss of kitchen (3 days to this point, more than likely many more), loss of tips to staff and are tarnishing my reputation.

I understand you claim to have 17 years as a plumber professional. But this work is completely unacceptable.

A reimbursement of the deposit for the faulty work done would be nice. However, do not expect any further payments on the faulty work done.

Since I was allocated your incident I have been away due to illness and on annual leave.

I have looked through the crime updates and seen that you have been attempting to find out when you can have your vehicle returned. Scenes of Crime officers have attempted to gain access to your vehicle at the recovery compound. On both occasions they were unable to get a response. It stated on the updates that your vehicle was unlocked as the keys were not with the vehicle when recovered. On 15/07/23 a Scenes of Crime officer attended the recovery compound but could not obtain entry to the vehicle as it was now locked. How this has happened I am afraid that I am at a loss.

I will be in contact to obtain a loss statement from you next week if at all possible. Due to my shifts I will be back in on duty and able to see you on Monday 31st between 07:00 and 16:00 if that is convenient? If you are able to be seen could you let me know when is convenient and whether you would like to be seen at home or at Exeter Police Station please?

I see from the last update by the front office staff you spoke to yesterday that you have a set of keys. The initial input after the theft suggested that both sets may have been taken or that there was a set in a different part of the Country. Would you be in a position for us to have the set you have so that I can speak to the Scenes of Crime officers to ask them to reattend to examine your vehicle please?
