Josefa, I can imagine you've seen most everything available, but I'm still loving renting netflix dvds

in my queue:

Les Cousins
Great Expectations
Young Mr. Lincoln
Rear Window
The Lady Eve

Heat
Matewan
Klute
The Last Picture Show

some of them are available on the main streaming platforms (for a price) but a lot aren't

I illegally downloaded RRR. And let me tell you it is up there with Young Mr Lincoln and Rear Window and it pishes all over Heat. 3 hours that passed more like 90 mins.

What has recently been or will be in your cd/dvd drive queue: Black at X [where X is a substitution], The Grand Budapest Hotel, Walkabout, La Salamandre

there's probably another thread for this but... where do you go for inspiration? so many canonical best movies lists but I rarely want to watch those, I just want... enjoyable movies from the previous century, not exclusively hollywood titles... I want idiosyncratic choices, flawed flicks
