In a perfect world, Facebook is a company, and you can contact them, and they'll fix the problem. I think that world was still around maybe 10 years ago?

Absolutely nothing works, including the three methods suggested above.
I know this a weird request, but does anybody actually know someone who works at Facebook and can (not here, obviously, but via board e-mail) hook me up with an e-mail address?
