I solved Semantle #114 in 52 guesses. My first guess had a similarity of 15.38. My first word in the top 1000 was at guess #10. My penultimate guess had a similarity of 10.17.

I solved Semantle #114 in 10 guesses. My first guess had a similarity of 6.68. My first word in the top 1000 was at guess #10. My penultimate guess had a similarity of 11.69. 8th guess of 'manager' was crucial here.

Got #115 in 159, but I took a couple of hints so that's cheating. Non-Americans may have an issue with this one...

38, non-american here but am familiar with the term. got green on my first guess with logic, took a detour through maths and related concepts, then puzzles - got ???? for sudoko - then tried chess.

I'm sure it was inevitable, but I had been enjoying the ad free experience.

The appearance of the field to post your guesses in has changed too. And it seems it takes two clicks on the button to get your guess to register.

I solved Semantle #116 in 266 guesses. My first guess had a similarity of 4.81. My first word in the top 1000 was at guess #79. My penultimate guess had a similarity of 7.92.

64… prob should’ve gotten it earlier though considering I had 995/1000 at guess #22

60 - got into the greens early, had #992 at 38 but had to zoom out a bit to get there.

I just ran the first song title that came to mind through the word grinder after the first few failed guesses; it happened to be “I Want To Know What Love Is” - and the rest is history!

I got yesterday's in 44 even though love was my first guess. today's in 19! seemed like it was something physical not abstract so i basically went house, brick, stone, build... bingo!

Got it in 38 after hitting a 993/1000 word somewhat randomly.

Got #124 in 61 guesses. I knew it was some sort of receptacle from guess 10 or so, but then took another 40 guesses to nail it.

three good days in a row (28, 17, 35) - feels weird, like I’m not playing semantle unless I’m busy yelling at my phone after 100 cold guesses

#124 in 78 guesses guessed a lot of words related to domesticity and water, because those are related to my job

I'll be interested to see if anyone gets #125 without any hints, because I certainly couldn't have (125 guesses, but with 2 hints so cheating).

no hints used, realised what kind of word we were looking for when I got "you" at #65 but it still took me another 17 guesses to land on the right word.

I got it in 124, had #980 'like' at guess 2 but that wasn't much help - by about guess 50 and 20 random greens I figured it wasn't yer typical verb/noun/adjective, and even started guessing pronouns but 'like' remained stubbornly at the top and 'mine' wasn't even green - because of the other meaning I suppose - so I didn't go through them all straight away.

plenty of high greens here, can't seem to crack post 950 though
