a few rye crispbread crackers with almond cheddar spread
a bowl of whole milk Greek yogurt with apple butter
about half a bag of ALDI Southwest Chopped Salad Kit with chopped hardboiled eggs and diced, sauteed chicken breast

it's 9:15pm and my watch says I've burned 2655 calories so far today, so maybe I should eat some more?
