I may have mentioned this before, but one of Bristol's top urologists is Professor Hashim Hashim:

Of course it's no different from people in Britain being called Baker or Smith or Axialflowturbinemaintenancetechnician. In fact I went to school with a chap called Simon Axialflowturbinemaintenancetechnician. Do you know what his dad did? He looked after axial flow turbines.

A search of the GMC register reveals that there's a GP in Dorset called Dr Kimberley Jupiter Sing Ming Goldstein-Jackson, and a substance abuse specialist in Derby called Dr Martin Franz Frederick Von Fragstein.

The only Dr Doctor seems to have filled in their details incorrectly. As far as I can tell Dr Octagon is not registered to practice here in the UK.
