Man, that's some atrocious cover design too, to the point that I almost like it. Horrible colors, weird graphic repetition, combination of two different ugly typefaces (fucking shadow on them too!) and the thing with "tra-la" being made to look like music notes -- actually I guess that's three typefaces.

Discogs informs me Thud and Blunder contains a song called 'Dedicated Follower Of Flashing', hmm

That album might also be the single laziest piece of cover artwork I've ever seen, although they have admittedly positioned themselves in ascending order of height, which is some kind of effort I suppose.

"Thud and Blunder" is a brilliant entry in the "swapped first phonemes of two words" subgenre.

I think of the Bobby Caldwell one as a somewhat iconic cover, but not sure if that's actually because it's visually striking, or just because it contains an iconic song/vocal performance. Otherwise does seem like a an album title in line with this thread.
